denture graffiti

Was this set of chompers painted intentionally by the building’s owner or is it a misguided teenager’s idea of art?  Whatever it is, we like it!    More street artists should focus on themes like dentures, root canals, amalgam restorations, etc.  If this were the case, could we really call it vandalism?
