Patient: Well, without pain it’s cheaper. Pull it WITHOUT pain.
Without anesthesia, the dentist begins extracting the tooth when suddenly the patient cries out, “Aaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!”
Dentist: “Hey, WITH pain it costs $200!!!.”
